CANCELLATION POLICY •

KPG CLEANING CARE LLC & Moving service IS a professional service Commercial and Residential quality Cleaning service.

  • Recurring service is priced at a discounted rate. 

  • Should you choose to cancel the Moving service, cleaning service, or recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.

  • We understand that things come up, if it is necessary to cancel your appointment simply give us a call within 24 hours but we understand some situations are unacceptable.

  • KPG Cleaning Care & Moving service cancellations require 48-hours notice for your cancellation 

  • There is a 25 % Deposit required ( Nonrefundable rescheduling only) rescheduling fee of $30 a cancellation fee of $40.00 of your total service fee. payment Due the Booked the service

If you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged an $80.00 cancelation fee. This policy is in place out of respect for our cleaners, movers, and our clients.

Schedule or service changes may not be made through service cleaners and movers. Please contact our customer service via phone or email for schedule changes.

If having a pet: We love pets

Understand:

I understand if my house is too big or dusty for the time that I am booking, and the cleaners do not have sufficient time to clean my priority list or my whole house, I will be charged $25 extra/hour/cleaner so that the cleaners can finish everything.

The items/services listed above are surfaces that will be cleaned, Unless requested prior to cleaning we do NOT pick up clothing, toys, etc. anything you do NOT see on the lists of your booking service may be requested prior to cleaning through the Add-on.


Holidays:

We are closed for the following holidays if you require to service the fee is double the normal service fee 

  • New Year’s Day 

  • Memorial Day 

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Black Friday 

  • Christmas Day 

  • Independence Day 


Add-on: Add-or changes to your service plan must be submitted by email or service line and text 24 hours before your appointment. so we can notice the cleaner with the update



24-Hours Guaranteed:

Since cleaning is a very personal human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but KPG Cleaning will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.

Damage: 

Please make a note of any damage prior to arrival, and if we see anything during our time in your service we will take a picture of it and note it on your account. We are not responsible for any pre-existing for damaged things like shelves that not have been properly installed on the wall or damage due to the use of cleaning products clients ask us to use or point out items with Cracked or irreplaceable due to sentimental or monetary value as we would prefer to a avoid touching them if it is our responsibilities there are any issues please call us immediately so we assess the damage alerts our insurance company.

Payments:

 First-time & single-service clients will be required to leave a $25 deposit of the total service cost, and there are no refunds. This does not apply to reoccurring & VIP Customers!    

KPG Cleaning Care gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa, cash, or check.

Full payment is due the day of your cleaning.

A credit card on file will be charged on the morning of your service. if used a different payment method please have the payment on the day of service. Payment will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, on the day of your cleaning unless you have notified your KPG Cleaning  Care in writing that an alternate form of payment will be provided at the time of service.

A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check.
